If something goes wrong at any stage, with anything you purchase online, we’ll do our best to sort it out for you as quickly as possible.

Every effort is made to safely package these delicate items, however if a decoration has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 14 days of receipt of delivery. A replacement or repair will be offered within that time frame.

If you purchase an item and you’re not completely happy with it, you are welcome to return it to us (at your expense) and providing it arrives back safely, and in the exact condition it was sent, we’ll give you a full refund. You have seven working days from the day after you receive your goods to notify us if you’d like to return anything.
The decoration can be cleaned with water. They are not dishwasher proof and should not be vigorously scrubbed. The decorations should not be exposed to freezing conditions. Due to the nature of the glass used there may occasionally be a rough or sharp edge after firing and hand checking, please therefore handle with care.
